A Little Background...


When I was a little girl every summer of my life was spent camping in our family RV, touring crown land and remote camp sites.


Needless to say my parents raised two very outdoorsy daughters.


I was raised in a home where internet wasn't a thing. This disconnected lifestyle gave me the childhood experiences that lead me to my love for kayaking, writing, drawing and of course - photography.


5 facts about me.


  1. I love cats! I have one of my own, a short hair male tabby named Jasper. I call him my house lemur because he bounces off my furniture and walls like a little monkey.
  2. My photography idols are Dani Jager (Pic Jager), Nichole Ashely and Taylor Jackson.
  3. I've dropped out of college three separate times. I have been enrolled in Autism Studies, Nursing and Nutrition but left every program for a number of reasons. Maybe college just isn't for me.
  4. I met the love of my life at 15 years old. We have been livin' life together since 2018 and loving every minute of it!
  5. Everything holistic is my jam. I'm a hippie at heart and always will be. Yoga, mushrooms, meditation, angel numbers, crystals, plants, mantras, affirmations, gratitude, journaling, I can go on!

My Life and Photography.


Now that you have a better grasp on who I am and my life, here's how photography tangles in.


Photography is my passion and always has been. I wanted to be a photographer since I was a kid but didn't know where to start, so I didn't. I tried three separate college programs before realizing maybe college isn't for me. I was told that "you can't make a living" and " photography isn't a career" which shut me down and I gave up on the idea.


As I matured I realized all I have is now and today, I won't be young carefree and able to forever so I chose to pursue a career in photography regardless of what that looked like.


My goal as a photographer is to capture lovers of all kinds on camera from weddings, engagements, couples portraits and elopements.

Don't ever limit yourself because everything is possible. Every image, every setting and every opportunity is in your hands and in the hands of the universe.
